Complete manuscripts only. Standalone abstracts, study protocols, or works-in-progress are strictly ineligible.

Document formatting. A single .docx — A4, Times New Roman 12, double-spaced, 1-inch margins.

Mandatory attachment. Your IRB/REC approval or exemption certificate, embedded inside the Word file.

Submission deadline. January 8, 2027, 11:59 PM (PST).

Early bird eligibility. Presenting authors of accepted papers keep the extended early bird rate until February 28, 2027.

Data privacy. All uploads are permanently purged from the system after the event.

File limits. One .docx, maximum 25 MB, filed under the presenting author’s name.
